1.1 The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by Enjoy Online Courses.

1.2 You must make full payment at the time of booking. Deep Human Courses does not accept deposit or partial payments or installment payments. Once your booking has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and Deep Human Courses and Forest Wolf Pte. Ltd. and all terms and conditions apply. Once you have received your invoice please go ahead and check it and inform us of any changes to personal details and contact information.

1.3 If at any time, you are unhappy with the Deep Human Pte. Ltd. service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.

1.4 At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible. It should be noted that no refund will be given for the unavailability of the website lasting up to 72 Hours.

1.5 You agree to abide by our cancellation policy and understand that our courses are 100% non-refundable. However, if you feel that you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and we will attend to your enquiry.
